First the inaugural HHH Awards, which was a fabulous evening celebrating the efforts of the housekeeping teams – the beating heart of the hospitality industry. Royal Wedding fever set to fizzle?

More than 110,000 tourists lined the streets of Windsor and 2 billion viewers watched the Royal Wedding across the globe, as the royal couple exchanged their vows. Tourists are set flock to the historic market town over the coming months to see the sights from the big day for themselves, estimated to bring a £30 million boost. But experts have suggested that all of the UK may benefit, with some predicting a £300 million uplift to tourism overall. Will the "Meghan effect" last? Only time will tell.
